וְהִקְרִ֤יב אַהֲרֹן֙ אֶת־ הַשָּׂעִ֔יר אֲשֶׁ֨ר עָלָ֥ה עָלָ֛יו הַגּוֹרָ֖ל לַיהוָ֑ה וְעָשָׂ֖הוּ חַטָּֽאת׃
he shall present the goat chosen by lot for the LORD and sacrifice it as a sin offering.
