καὶ ἐγένετο ὡς ἀπέθνησκεν ὁ κριτής, καὶ ἀπέστρεχαν καὶ πόλιν διέφθειραν ὑπὲρ τοὺς πατέρας αὐτῶν πορεύεσθαι ὀπίσω θεῶ λατρεύειν αὐτοῖς καὶ προσκυνεῖν αὐτοῖς· οὐκ ἀπέριψαν τὰ μάτα αὐτῶν καὶ τὰς ὁδοὺς αὐτῶν τἀς σκληρός.
But when the judge died, the Israelites became even more corrupt than their fathers, going after other gods to serve them and bow down to them. They would not give up their evil practices and stubborn ways.
