Josua aber gebot dem Volk und sprach: Ihr sollt kein Feldgeschrei machen noch eure Stimme hören lassen, noch soll ein Wort aus eurem Munde gehen bis auf den Tag, da ich zu euch sagen werde: Macht ein Feldgeschrei! so macht dann ein Feldgeschrei.
But Joshua had commanded the people: “Do not give a battle cry or let your voice be heard; do not let one word come out of your mouth until the day I tell you to shout. Then you are to shout!”
