Quand ils furent arrivés aux districts du Jourdain qui appartiennent au pays de Canaan, les fils de Ruben, les fils de Gad et la demi-tribu de Manassé, y bâtirent un autel sur le Jourdain, un autel dont la grandeur frappait les regards.
And when they came to Geliloth (note: Or to the circle of stones or to the region; similarly in verse 11) near the Jordan in the land of Canaan, the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh built an imposing altar there by the Jordan.
