Ἀλλʼ ἐγὼ τὴν ἀλήθειαν λέγω ὑμῖν, συμφέρει ὑμῖν ἵνα ἐγὼ ἀπέλθω. Ἐὰν γὰρ μὴ ἀπέλθω, ὁ Παράκλητος οὐκ ἐλεύσεται πρὸς ὑμᾶς· ἐὰν δὲ πορευθῶ, πέμψω αὐτὸν πρὸς ὑμᾶς.
But I tell you the truth, it is for your benefit that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate (note: Or Comforter or Helper or Counselor; Greek Paraclete) will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you.
