Job 35:15

But now, because it is not so, (note: That is Job)pan class="annot-tooltip" tabindex="0" data-tooltip="That is God" title="That is God">he (note: That is God) hath visited in his anger; yet he knoweth it not in great extremity:

and further, that in His anger He has not punished or taken much notice of folly!
