וְעַתָּ֗ה עָ֭לַי תִּשְׁתַּפֵּ֣ךְ נַפְשִׁ֑י יֹ֭אחֲז֣וּנִי יְמֵי־ עֹֽנִי׃
And now my soul is poured out within me; days of affliction grip me.
