εἰς κενὰ καὶ μάταια ἐκοπίασεν, πλοῦτον ἐξ οὗ οὐ γεύσεται ὥσπερ στρίφνος ἀμάσητος, ἀκατάποτος.
He must return the fruit of his labor without consuming it; he cannot enjoy the profits of his trading.
