אִֽם־ אֲ֭דַבְּרָה לֹא־ יֵחָשֵׂ֣ךְ כְּאֵבִ֑י וְ֝אַחְדְּלָ֗ה מַה־ מִנִּ֥י יַהֲלֹֽךְ׃
Even if I speak, my pain is not relieved, and if I hold back, how will it go away?
