פָּעֲר֬וּ עָלַ֨י׀ בְּפִיהֶ֗ם בְּ֭חֶרְפָּה הִכּ֣וּ לְחָיָ֑י יַ֝֗חַד עָלַ֥י יִתְמַלָּאֽוּן׃
They open their mouths against me and strike my cheeks with contempt; they join together against me.
