וַיִּקְרָ֗א אֶל־ יֽוֹחָנָן֙ בֶּן־ קָרֵ֔חַ וְאֶ֛ל כָּל־ שָׂרֵ֥י הַחֲיָלִ֖ים אֲשֶׁ֣ר אִתּ֑וֹ וּלְכָ֨ל־ הָעָ֔ם לְמִקָּטֹ֥ן וְעַד־ גָּדֽוֹל׃
