Je vous ai envoyé tous mes serviteurs, les prophètes, les envoyant dès le matin, pour vous dire : Revenez chacun de votre mauvaise voie, amendez votre conduite, n'allez pas après d'autres dieux pour les servir ; et vous habiterez le pays que je vous ai donné, à vous et à vos pères. Mais vous n'avez pas prêté l'oreille et vous ne m'avez pas écouté.
Again and again I have sent you (note: Literally Rising up early and sending (you), I have sent you) all My servants the prophets, proclaiming: ‘Turn now, each of you, from your wicked ways, and correct your actions. Do not go after other gods to serve them. Live in the land that I have given to you and your fathers.’ But you have not inclined your ear or listened to Me.
