וְאֵ֖ת כָּל־ מַלְכֵ֣י עֲרָ֑ב וְאֵת֙ כָּל־ מַלְכֵ֣י הָעֶ֔רֶב הַשֹּׁכְנִ֖ים בַּמִּדְבָּֽר׃
all the kings of Arabia, and all the kings of the mixed tribes who dwell in the desert;
