⁵Ἐπικατάρατος ὁ ἄνθρωπος ὃς τὴν ἐλπίδα ἔχει ἐπʼ ἄνθρωπον, καὶ στηρίσει σάρκα βραχίονος αὐτοῦ ἐπʼ αὐτόν, καὶ ἀπὸ Κυρίου ἀποστῇ ἡ καρδία αὐτοῦ·
This is what the LORD says: “Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind, who makes mere flesh his strength (note: Hebrew arm) and turns his heart from the LORD.
