ἐπικατάρατος ὁ ἄνθρωπος ὃς τὴν ἐλπίδα ἔχει ἐπ᾿ ἄνθρωπον καὶ στηρίσει σάρκα βραχίονος αὐτοῦ ἐπ᾿ αὐτόν καὶ ἀπὸ κυρίου ἀποστῇ ἡ καρδία αὐτοῦ
This is what the LORD says: “Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind, who makes mere flesh his strength (note: Hebrew arm) and turns his heart from the LORD.
