Μηδεὶς πειραζόμενος λεγέτω, ὅτι “Ἀπὸ ˚Θεοῦ πειράζομαι.” Ὁ γὰρ ˚Θεὸς ἀπείραστός ἐστιν κακῶν, πειράζει δὲ αὐτὸς οὐδένα.
When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He tempt anyone.
