Even before they call, I will answer, and while they are still speaking, I will hear.
וְהָיָ֥ה טֶֽרֶם־ יִקְרָ֖אוּ וַאֲנִ֣י אֶעֱנֶ֑ה ע֛וֹד הֵ֥ם מְדַבְּרִ֖ים וַאֲנִ֥י אֶשְׁמָֽע׃
