Μὴ οὐκ ἰσχύει ἦ χεὶρ Κυρίου τοῦ σῶσαι; ἢ ἐβάρυνεν τὸ οὖς αὐτοῦ τοῦ μὴ εἰσακοῦσαι;
Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save, nor His ear too dull to hear.
