ἀπὸ τοῦ ὕδατος τοῦ ἐπὶ Νῶε τοῦτό μοί ἐστιν, καθότι ὤμοσα αὐτῷ ἐν τῷ χρόνῳ ἐκείνῳ, τῇ γῇ μὴ θυμωθήσεσθαι ἐπὶ σοὶ ἔτι, μηδὲ ἐν ἀπειλῇ σου
“For to Me this is like the days of Noah (note: Some manuscripts For this is like the waters of Noah), when I swore that the waters of Noah would never again cover the earth. So I have sworn that I will not be angry with you or rebuke you.
