Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished (note: Heb. their glory are men of famine), and their multitude dried up with thirst.
Therefore My people will go into exile for their lack of understanding; their dignitaries are starving and their masses are parched with thirst.
