Congregamini, omnes vos, et audite : quis de eis annuntiavit hæc ? Dominus dilexit eum, faciet voluntatem suam in Babylone, et brachium suum in Chaldæis.
Come together, all of you, and listen: Which of the idols has foretold these things? The LORD’s chosen ally will carry out His desire against Babylon, and His arm will be against the Chaldeans (note: That is, the Babylonians; also in verse 20).
