ὁ διδοὺς ἄρχοντας εἷς οὐδὲν ἄρχειν, τὴν δὲ γῆν οἷς οὐδὲν ἐποίησεν.
He brings the princes to nothing and makes the rulers (note: Or judges) of the earth meaningless.
