Parallel
Isaiah 29:1
King James Version (1769 Blayney revision, with Apocrypha) · Berean Standard Bible
Woe to Ariel, to Ariel, the city where David dwelt! add ye year to year; let them kill (note: Heb. out of the heads) sacrifices.
Woe to you, O Ariel (note: Or Altar Hearth or Lion of God; probably a nickname for Jerusalem; twice in this verse, twice in verse 2, and once in verse 7), the city of Ariel where David camped! Year upon year let your festivals recur.
