הִבּ֧וֹק׀ תִּבּ֛וֹק הָאָ֖רֶץ וְהִבּ֣וֹז׀ תִּבּ֑וֹז כִּ֣י יְהוָ֔ה דִּבֶּ֖ר אֶת־ הַדָּבָ֥ר הַזֶּֽה׃
The earth will be utterly laid waste and thoroughly plundered. For the LORD has spoken this word.
