כִּֽי־ יְהוָ֧ה צְבָא֛וֹת יָעָ֖ץ וּמִ֣י יָפֵ֑ר וְיָד֥וֹ הַנְּטוּיָ֖ה וּֽמִ֥י יְשִׁיבֶֽנָּה׃פ
The LORD of Hosts has purposed, and who can thwart Him? His hand is outstretched, so who can turn it back?
