And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers (note: Heb. multiply prayer), I will not hear: your hands are full of blood (note: Heb. bloods).
When you spread out your hands in prayer, I will hide My eyes from you; even though you multiply your prayers, I will not listen. Your hands are covered with blood.
