אֲנִי֙ יָדַ֣עְתִּי אֶפְרַ֔יִם וְיִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל לֹֽא־ נִכְחַ֣ד מִמֶּ֑נִּי כִּ֤י עַתָּה֙ הִזְנֵ֣יתָ אֶפְרַ֔יִם נִטְמָ֖א יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
I know all about Ephraim (note: That is, the northern kingdom of Israel; also in verses 5, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 14), and Israel is not hidden from Me. For now, O Ephraim, you have turned to prostitution; Israel is defiled.
