Et vidit Ephraim languorem suum, et Juda vinculum suum ; et abiit Ephraim ad Assur, et misit ad regem ultorem : et ipse non poterit sanare vos, nec solvere poterit a vobis vinculum.
When Ephraim saw his sickness and Judah his wound, then Ephraim turned to Assyria and sent to the great king (note: Or to King Jareb). But he cannot cure you or heal your wound.
