καὶ εἶπεν Δικαίως ἐκλήθη τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ Ἰακώβ· ἐπτέρνικεν γάρ με ἤδη δεύτερον τοῦτο· τά τε πρωτοτοκεῖά μου εἴληφεν, καὶ νῦν ν εὐλογίαν μου. καὶ εἶπεν Ἠσαὺ τῷ πατρὶ αὐτοῦ οὐχ μοι εὐλογίαν, πάτερ;
So Esau declared, “Is he not rightly named Jacob (note: Jacob means he grasps the heel or he deceives.)? For he has cheated me twice. He took my birthright, and now he has taken my blessing.” Then he asked, “Haven’t you saved a blessing for me?”
