καὶ συλλαβοῦσα ἔτεκεν Σάρρα τῷ Ἀβραὰμ υἱὸν εἰς τὸ γῆρας, εἰς τὸν καιρὸν καθὰ ἐλάλησεν αὐτῷ Κύριος.
So Sarah conceived and bore a son to Abraham in his old age, at the very time God had promised.
