מִנִּי֮ שִׂ֣ים טְעֵם֒ דִּ֣י כָל־ מִתְנַדַּ֣ב בְּמַלְכוּתִי֩ מִן־ עַמָּ֨ה יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל וְכָהֲנ֣וֹהִי וְלֵוָיֵ֗א לִמְהָ֧ךְ לִֽירוּשְׁלֶ֛ם עִמָּ֖ךְ יְהָֽךְ׃
I hereby decree that any volunteers among the Israelites in my kingdom, including the priests and Levites, may go up with you to Jerusalem.
