וְאַ֧ף שְׁמָהָתְהֹ֛ם שְׁאֵ֥לְנָא לְּהֹ֖ם לְהוֹדָעוּתָ֑ךְ דִּ֛י נִכְתֻּ֥ב שֻׁם־ גֻּבְרַיָּ֖א דִּ֥י בְרָאשֵׁיהֹֽם׃ס
We also asked for their names, so that we could write down the names of their leaders for your information.
