Ye shall have a just balance, and a just measure, and a just chœnix for measure.
You must use honest scales, a just ephah (note: An ephah is a dry measure of approximately 20 dry quarts or 22 liters.), and a just bath (note: A bath was a liquid measure of approximately 5.8 gallons or 22 liters.).
