וְהָעֲזָרָ֞ה אַרְבַּ֧ע עֶשְׂרֵ֣ה אֹ֗רֶךְ בְּאַרְבַּ֤ע עֶשְׂרֵה֙ רֹ֔חַב אֶ֖ל אַרְבַּ֣עַת רְבָעֶ֑יהָ וְהַגְּבוּל סָבִ֨יב אוֹתָ֜הּ חֲצִ֣י הָאַמָּ֗ה וְהַֽחֵיק־ לָ֤הּ אַמָּה֙ סָבִ֔יב וּמַעֲלֹתֵ֖הוּ פְּנ֥וֹת קָדִֽים׃
The ledge shall also be square, fourteen cubits long and fourteen cubits wide (note: 14 (long) cubits is approximately 24.5 feet or 7.5 meters.), with a rim of half a cubit (note: A half cubit is approximately 10.5 inches or 26.7 centimeters.) and a gutter of a cubit all around it. The steps of the altar shall face east.”
