Et toi, fils de l’homme, prends une pièce de bois, et écris dessus: Pour Juda et pour les enfants d’Israël qui lui sont associés. Prends une autre pièce de bois, et écris dessus: Pour Joseph, bois d’Éphraïm et de toute la maison d’Israël qui lui est associée.
“And you, son of man, take a single stick (note: Or branch; also in verses 17, 19, and 20) and write on it: ‘Belonging to Judah and to the Israelites associated with him.’ Then take another stick and write on it: ‘Belonging to Joseph—the stick of Ephraim—and to all the house of Israel associated with him.’
