וְנָֽתַתִּי֙ אֶת־ הַ֣ר שֵׂעִ֔יר לְשִֽׁמְמָ֖ה וּשְׁמָמָ֑ה וְהִכְרַתִּ֥י מִמֶּ֖נּוּ עֹבֵ֥ר וָשָֽׁב׃
I will make Mount Seir a desolate waste and will cut off from it those who come and go.
