So spricht der Herr HErr: Ich will die Götzen zu Noph ausrotten und die Abgötter vertilgen, und Ägypten soll keinen Fürsten mehr haben, und ich will einen Schrecken in Ägyptenland schicken.
This is what the Lord GOD says: I will destroy the idols and put an end to the images in Memphis (note: LXX; Hebrew Noph; also in verse 16). There will no longer be a prince in Egypt, and I will instill fear in that land.
