ἐξ ἐπιλέκτων κτηνῶν εἰλημμένων καὶ ὑπόκαιε τὰ ὀστᾶ ὑποκάτω αὐτῶν ἔζεσεν ἔζεσεν καὶ ἥψηται τὰ ὀστᾶ αὐτῆς ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῆς
Take the choicest of the flock and pile the fuel beneath it. Bring it to a boil and cook the bones in it.’
