וַיֹּ֥אמֶר יְהוָ֖ה אֶל־ מֹשֶׁ֑ה רָאִ֙יתִי֙ אֶת־ הָעָ֣ם הַזֶּ֔ה וְהִנֵּ֥ה עַם־ קְשֵׁה־ עֹ֖רֶף הֽוּא׃
The LORD also said to Moses, “I have seen this people, and they are indeed a stiff-necked people.
