“Do not be enraged, my lord,” Aaron replied. “You yourself know that the people are intent on evil.
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אַהֲרֹ֔ן אַל־ יִ֥חַר אַ֖ף אֲדֹנִ֑י אַתָּה֙ יָדַ֣עְתָּ אֶת־ הָעָ֔ם כִּ֥י בְרָ֖ע הֽוּא׃
