Put the turban on his head and attach the holy diadem to the turban.
וְשַׂמְתָּ֥ הַמִּצְנֶ֖פֶת עַל־ רֹאשׁ֑וֹ וְנָתַתָּ֛ אֶת־ נֵ֥זֶר הַקֹּ֖דֶשׁ עַל־ הַמִּצְנָֽפֶת׃
