ἐὰν δὲ ἀπατήσῃ τις παρθένον ἀμνήστευτον καὶ κοιμηθῇ μετ᾿ αὐτῆς φερνῇ φερνιεῖ αὐτὴν αὐτῷ γυναῖκα
If the owner was present, no restitution is required. If the animal was rented, the fee covers the loss.
