דַּבְּר֗וּ אֶֽל־ כָּל־ עֲדַ֤ת יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר בֶּעָשֹׂ֖ר לַחֹ֣דֶשׁ הַזֶּ֑ה וְיִקְח֣וּ לָהֶ֗ם אִ֛ישׁ שֶׂ֥ה לְבֵית־ אָבֹ֖ת שֶׂ֥ה לַבָּֽיִת׃
Tell the whole congregation of Israel that on the tenth day of this month each man must select a lamb (note: The Hebrew word can mean lamb or kid; also in verses 4 and 5.) for his family, one per household.
