Mais parmi tous les enfants d’Israël, depuis les hommes jusqu’aux animaux, pas même un chien ne remuera sa langue, afin que vous sachiez quelle différence l’Éternel fait entre l’Égypte et Israël.
But among all the Israelites, not even a dog will snarl at man or beast (note: Some translators close this quotation at the end of the verse.).’ Then you will know that the LORD makes a distinction between Egypt and Israel.
