Da dachte ich in meinem Herzen: Weil es denn mir geht wie dem Narren, warum habe ich denn nach Weisheit getrachtet? Da dachte ich in meinem Herzen, dass solches auch eitel sei.
So I said to myself, “The fate of the fool will also befall me. What then have I gained by being wise?” And I said to myself that this too is futile.
