Und Mose rief das ganze Israel und sprach zu ihnen; Ihr habt gesehen alles, was der HERR getan hat in Ägypten vor euren Augen dem Pharao mit allen seinen Knechten und seinem ganzen Lande,
These are the words of the covenant that the LORD commanded Moses to make with the Israelites in the land of Moab, in addition to the covenant He had made with them at Horeb (note: That is, Mount Sinai, or possibly a mountain in the range containing Mount Sinai).
