וְהֵשִׁ֣יב בְּךָ֗ אֵ֚ת כָּל־ מַדְוֵ֣ה מִצְרַ֔יִם אֲשֶׁ֥ר יָגֹ֖רְתָּ מִפְּנֵיהֶ֑ם וְדָבְק֖וּ בָּֽךְ׃
He will afflict you again with all the diseases you dreaded in Egypt, and they will cling to you.
