כִּֽי־ תִקְרַ֣ב אֶל־ עִ֔יר לְהִלָּחֵ֖ם עָלֶ֑יהָ וְקָרָ֥אתָ אֵלֶ֖יהָ לְשָׁלֽוֹם׃
When you approach a city to fight against it, you are to make an offer of peace.
