Ἐὰν δὲ προσέλθῃς πρὸς πόλιν ἐκπολεμῆσαι αὐτούς, καὶ ἐκκάλεσαι αὐτοὺς μετ’ εἰρήνης.
When you approach a city to fight against it, you are to make an offer of peace.
