This is the interpretation, O king, and this is the decree that the Most High has issued against my lord the king:
דְּנָ֥ה פִשְׁרָ֖א מַלְכָּ֑א וּגְזֵרַ֤ת עִלָּיָא הִ֔יא דִּ֥י מְטָ֖ת עַל־ מַרְאִי מַלְכָּֽא׃
